Announcing soon
We are visiting family tea farms across Japan. Each partner will be introduced here by name.
One slow bowl before the city wakes up. Matcha from small family tea farms in Japan, for your morning pause.
When I lived in Bangkok, my favourite hour was 7am. Before the emails, before the noise, I would walk to a small café, sit by the window, and start the day slowly. Those mornings changed how I felt about everything else.
The world is speeding up. Machines are taking on more of our work, and somehow we have less time to feel human. We think the answer starts small: get up a little earlier, step into the morning light, and make one bowl of matcha with your own hands.
In Japan, preparing tea has long been a way to quiet the mind. NANAJI brings that ritual to your morning.
七時(ななじ)。バンコクのカフェで、朝7時に飲む一杯が一日で一番好きな時間だった。その一息を、あなたの家の朝に。

Not a tea ceremony. Just a calm way to begin the day, one small step at a time.
Take three slow breaths of morning air.
While it heats, do nothing at all.
Feel the warmth in your palms.
2 g through a small sieve. Listen to it fall.
About 70 ml of water, cooled to around 80°C.
Fifteen seconds, back and forth, until the foam turns fine.
Both hands on the bowl. No phone yet. Chill at 7.
Hot mornings? Whisk with a little water, then pour over ice or cold milk.
We work with family-run tea farms and show their names on every tin. Each matcha ships directly from Japan.

A walk, a run or a stretch in the morning light, then one calm bowl.
Small sizes and trial packs, so anyone can begin.
